They must be doing something illegal, anytime they stop responding to paying customer that have not received there paid orders. They not researching the issue. They think it justified because its a tracking number. If the tracking numbers not moving within 2 weeks its a problem, thats how I know they are not researching anything, or offering to resolve the issue with the order. User's recommendation: do not order.
