Glitch in Delta's system where they double booked me (the flight mysteriously appeared on my account the same day it was departing). While I wasn't charged, I want to ensure that my actual flight will not be affected. On hold for 3 hours and could not reach anyone. Can't get a call back and can't reach Delta through their apps. I will never fly this airline again. User's recommendation: Choose another airline.
