Horrible unreliable service

My name is Debbie lea, I have been with speed connect for many years... before they changed the name to speed connect!! I work from home at night...and in the last ten days I have lost four days of work because the intranet goes down conveniently as soon as the office closes or on the weekend when you know for a fact you are screwed until Monday morning when you go back to work If the intranet is a 24 hour service that you provide there should be someone available 24 hours! Can't get info on outings so I can report to my work Never a credit on my bill!! don't get this ser User's recommendation: Don't get it if you need it for work.
