Employee frightened me, was mean, and bullying for NO REASON. I felt threatened and scared. I complained and a person who referred to herself as manager, Stephanie, argued with me over the phone. Very unprofessional. I wanted to escalate the incident to her manager or the owner of the establishment, but she would not let me!! She would not provide any further information!! When I left the shop I felt scared, bullied and just awful. I am still suffering with PTS from this incident. I dont want anyone else subjected to this person's behavior. She should not be working with the public and at the VERY LEAST owes me an apology for treating me that way!!! I did nothing to deserve it! I would like to speak to the owner! suffering from PTS from this horrible incident. User's recommendation: Go to another salon who appreciates your business and will treat you kindly. I have name of one I could provide!
