AWFUL EVERYTHING! we ordered a couch on January 2nd. We live in abilene and the original shipping cost (as advertised ON THE WEBSITE) was $50. Between the prices and shipping I figured it was a great deal. So i ordered the sectional online at 7 or 8 in the evening and gave them a call the next day to set up shipping, thats when I was informed that it was actually a $100 to ship to abilene. So I tried to get them to back the advertisement and they( meaning Justin Armendariz, CEO) wouldnt do it. So I bit my tongue and went with it because it was still a somewhat lower price than I had seen. So justin sent the sectional and I received 3 or 4 days later. COMPLETLEY WRONG COLOR!!! we ordered the " hazelnut" color and ended up with a bunch of super dark brown cushions. Needless to say, I called justin and calmly let him know it was the wrong color and he was pretty shocked. He tells me that he will have to get them shipped in from california or florida or something and it will take a week?? Which I thought was rediculous he couldnt take another set from a different one so I could get my couch and HE could wait on the others but o well. So I wait patiently, 1st week...no couch...I call and he says again, "they will be in this friday " , 2nd week....I call and he says AGAIN " they will be in friday" 3rd week...I call ( on a monday like every other time) and he says " the cushions are in and we will send them out today they should be there on friday" then says, SPECIFICALLY " CALL ME IF THEY ARE NOT THERE". ...friday rolls around...no cushions. That was last friday, February 1st. Me, my wife, and every other member of my family with a cellphone has tried calling him. Leaving voicemails with no reply. He wont answer our calls or return our calls. Ive never posted anything like this online before. Ever. DO NOT USE DOX FURNITURE. I STILL DONT HAVE THE RIGHT COUCH AND AM OUT $640 BECAUSE OF JUSTIN ARMENDARIZ. HE IS THE CEO AND A HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER THAT WONT MAN UP AND DO WHATS RIGHT. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND, JUSTIN
