Horrible service and customer service is even worse!!

Received 2 damaged rugs and cant get in touch with anyone by phone or email!! I have been on hold for hours, left my number for call back and sent several emails. When I finally spoke with someone she said I would have to email pictures and she gave me the wrong email address bc it will not send and comes back as a mail error. Spent over $1600 on rugs and can not get help or a call back. User's recommendation: Don’t want the headache of dealing with RTG.
