Security Device

I went shopping at a Spencers in Boise, ID last week & they left the security device on a hat that I bought. I live 2 & 1/2 hours away & I cant go back for them to help me get it off. I did talk to someone on the phone & they told me to email... Read more➤
So I’ve had this vibrator for a month. I took the jelly sleeve off a few weeks ago and went to put it back on today and my nail punctured *** in the jelly vibrator sleeve tip…So is this covered by the 1 year warranty?
