I have a home warranty with them. They denied 2 previous claims saying the parts are known to wear out! This claim they sent to techs to my house and both said it needed to be replaced! 3 months and nothing! They said they would settle and mail a check for replacement. Now they say 30 days for a check! So 4 months to get anything fixed??? User's recommendation: Stay away!
