Need to cancel order

I have entailed a few times wanting to cancel the order I placed this morning. Is there no phone number to speak with a customer service rep? No one has responded via email and I have been charged twice now since emailing to cancel my order. Need customer rep to contact me ASAP.

Horrible response

I have a home warranty with them. They denied 2 previous claims saying the parts are known to wear out! This claim they sent to techs to my house and both said it needed to be replaced! 3 months and nothing! They said they would settle and mail a check for replacement. Now they say 30 days...
