Horrible processing, terrible customer service

They cancelled my order on pixel earbuds with no valid reason why- just got the order cancel email today. Called customer service after 30min on hold she hangs up and doesnt call back. Call#2 rep has no clue why they cancelled and only that its due to 'Service Terms'. She said she couldnt help me and that they didnt have any staff who could help me. Asked for a supervisor. Waited on hold another 20mins no supervisor. She said one will call me back in 2hrs LOL. Found out they tried to charge a card i had stored on file back in 2011 (which is def expired by now). This wasnt at all the card that i gave to them to process. The accurate card that I gave them IS on my order receipt.....but for some random reason they didnt process this one they dove into my old account and pulled an expired one and tried to charge it. WTH?? why does this feel like a scammy company?? Not only did they not process it correctly per the order reciept they dont know how to explain it other than to say 'service term issue'. and they dont have any staff who can help me...... I will NEVER buy anything from Google store again User's recommendation: Avoid the Google store (www.store.google.com) they run is like a scam.

If you are actual Representative of Google Store you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
