I had a horrible experience with the Take 5 Oil Change 1620 FM-2673 Canyon Lake, TX 78133 in my area which has resulted in many problems - time and out of pocket expense and talking to several managers at this location : Jim- Thad-Cheyenne I have not tech resolution but instead blame. I have presented them with multiple things to show their fault of damaging my oil pan and causing my under shields to completely fly off since they were not bolted down correctly and now I have no under shields I had to pay an additional $ 568.52 that I had to pay to get the services corrected out of pocket with money I dont have right now only to have them tell me they would only pay me back half of the amount not including the under shields damaged. I need to get some resolution on this issues/matter as soon as posible as I have had no luck with the location or management have been discriminated and made to feel like I was at fault for an issue they clearly caused. I trust in them for a service render and I am extremely disappointed and have wasted so much time and money. User's recommendation: Don’t take your vehicle to Take 5 Oil and Lube.
