HORRIBLE Customer Service Report to BBB

15 CS calls later and 5 hours lost of my life and still do not have my refund. Both service teams (1) in South Africa and (1) in the Philippines are equally HORRIBLE and FAKE. They do zero to help or assist, tell you have to wait 14 - 20 days for refund or price adjustment. Dare you ask to speak to a Supervisor, they will tell you 30 min wait time and will disconnect your call at 28 minutes and just hang up on you. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM SAKS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO NORSTROM.
