I am having problems with my audio drivers and nothing seems to help! When I called this scam company, I was told there was a long wait to talk to a tech. Now I'm stuck without any sound!! I can't get help from no one!! I would recommend you bypass this product! It is a piece of *** like Lenovo and MICROSOFT (Who hung up on me when I was trying to talk to someone, which I paid EXTRA for!)!! User's recommendation: DON'T BUY ANY LENOVO PRODUCTS!!! THEY SUCK AND DON'T WORK WELL, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AS WELL!! NOT EVEN RATED ONE STAR, BUT THEY FORCED ME TO GIVE THEM ONE!!
