Poor service
2 weeks ago we took Lmt to repair an Apple Ipad air 3 tablet because the battery failed in 3 months (the battery was already discharged 3 h, taking into account that the tablet had only been used for 3 months). The Lmt tablet was sent to the Tsc service, repaired under warranty. Tsc service performed battery diagnostics and said that the battery quality is 100%, nothing needs to be repaired, although we only got the tablet back after 2 weeks. We also felt that the condition of the battery was critical, we took it to an apple service to check it. Apple service performed the diagnostics and said that there was significant damage to the battery, although Lmt and Tsc service said that everything was super. From time to time, nothing can be repaired during the warranty at lmt, if you do not pay, then nothing will be prepared.This is not the first time Lmt has failed.
