The woman in charge is difficult to deal with. She had repeatedly publicly belittled her counterpart which makes placing orders awkward and painful to witness. Customer requests are dishonored and disrespected by that woman if she feels they are a waste of her time. She will not hesitate to voice her opinion or disagreement with customer requests...
