This company has my laser for delivery, and they've been in possession of the item for a few days already. This item is sitting on a crate in this heat on a trailer for delivery and has not been delivered. Three days in a roll they have scheduled me for delivery and not show up, not call just simply marked online reschedule for next day and when I call they always have the same excuse, we couldn't find a driver for that trailer. I tried to go pick it up and was told o couldn't because they don't have anyone that can unload it from the truck and loaded on whatever other truck I have. User's recommendation: Stay away from it, report them to BBB.
