I booked this room through hotels.com arrived around 4:00pm didn't stay in room just dropped my bags and left upon my return to room I noticed dusty desks and tables, dirty mirrors in room and bathroom, it was late I was tried so I noticed a cleaning cart in hallway so I got cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. The airconidtioner was EXTREMELY LOUD to the point I couldn't sleep then I noticed the "musty/stale odor" so I sprayed Lysol took a benedryl used my inhaler and attempted to rest this 1 night stay. When I woke up right eye was comleted closed and swollen from the dust mites and poor ventilation in the room. Upon packing my things to leave I noticed a spider crawling across the desk this was it for me. The elevator floor was soiled the entire time I used it I only saw cleaning carts sitting however NO ONE was cleaning. I know Hilton can't control what the guest do outside the property but when young adults 4-5 enter the lobby and the enitre lobby smells like someone sprayed majuana as perfume it's not a good look for Hilton. Here I was staying to check out the rooms and event rooms because I was planning to have an event there in September 2021; but I'm currently advising my committee team to look elsewhere! I'm a Hilton Honors member and can't believe the condition of this hotel.
