Horrible condition of room

I booked this room through hotels.com arrived around 4:00pm didn’t stay in room just dropped my bags and left upon my return to room I noticed dusty desks and tables, dirty mirrors in room and bathroom, it was late I was tried so I noticed a cleaning cart in hallway so I got cleaning supplies and cleaned...
