I am in receipt of the home warranty refund check for 1117 Villeroy Dr., Sun City Center, FL 33573. The price of the warranty was $500 for one (1) year beginning October 3, 2018. I am confused as to how you arrived at a refund of $39.53. October 3, 2018 to July 2, 2019 is 9 months or ¾ of the contract. That leaves ¼ of the contact to be refunded or $125. How do you arrive at the $39.53 amount?? Please advise, CFM
