Holapick provides terrible and unethical service. Changing the company name will not take care of the problem. Holapick would not credit my account for a return. They gave me the run around for months, gave me an incorrect return address for their items and never responded appropriately. Returns must go to CHINA (cost $30). Response emails were sent each time but they made no sense. Also, when you want to respond to the email, they made it so you're not responding to them but to yourself. Please be aware. The credit card company has blocked this company. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. They are an unethical and horrible company User's recommendation: DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!
