I bought a Tecno spark 5 in November and I have never been more disappointed in my whole life everything about the phone is useless. As soon as I got it the earpiece was not working a few months after the charger also stopped working. It is so slow, all apps keep crashing, the internet connection is so slow browsing is a big hassle I can't do anything meaningful with the phone. So why what is the essence of making a phone when you can't even make sure it works properly. I have a 1yr warranty it's not up to 6 months yet, and I feel like slamming the phone into a million pieces because I am so *** tired. User's recommendation: Do not buy.
