While running a previous company called Posture Pal, Bernard Brown allowed the business to die and continued to sell the company products and not delivering any product while pocketing all the company money. Bernard Brown also received 21 complaints that were filed with the Better Business Bureau regarding his business practices at Posture Pal of taking peoples money while not delivering any product. Many complaints from doctors who purchased product from Posture Pal complained of being double charged and not receiving any product.
