Poor service

January 8, 2021. I had visited the pharmacy around 13:40. I asked the hall for the sauna recommended by the vet. Showing what I need a pharmacist in an unpleasant tone I asked what I need in the original packaging or separately. I say I can't say because I don't even know what that medicine looks like. Then the pharmacist asks me in an even rougher voice who needs that medicine. I tell the dog and she starts yelling again and asks for a pack or separately and then I am told to give 3 sachets. When I paid, I saw a box of medicines put on the shelf where the bags are being pushed. And I informed this pharmacist about it. She asks me a box. I put the box on the counter, because you can't know, maybe there's medicine that shouldn't be thrown away. Maybe someone forgot. And the pharmacist starts yelling at me and laughing at me for taking the box,as if it had been in the hands of a sick homeless person or a drinker. And the craziest knocked me down and made me collect the box and throw it away and I say in confusion that I don't even know where their trash is, the lady told me where and laughed at me again. I was surprised because I don't think I have to collect waste at the pharmacy, as the employees themselves should do. And in the pharmacy there was still a customer at the other box office, from which I was ashamed instead of the pharmacy and even had the feeling that I had committed something. When I came home, I told all this to my mother-in-law, who immediately understood what the pharmacists were talking about, it turns out that she does not go to this pharmacy precisely because of the rude pharmacist. Needless to say, my mother-in-law is a nice person who has a good relationship with everyone and she has never said anything bad about anyone. The pharmacist has dark short hair around 60,round and very nasty in nature.
