Hard Credit Inquiry via MV

I've been a good standing customer with MV since 2003 and my credit limit is 5,000 + I'm also experiencing the same thing. When you submit an online order via MV it doesn't state that they are pulling a hard inquiry. I've sent a certified letter to their credit department asking them to remove two hard inquiries because they wasn't authorize by me. I haven't received a response but by law they're require to respond in 30 days and I'll update via this site. Another thing I did was go to Equifax and place a freeze to reduce the risk of unauthorized credit inquiries. Actually I did it with all three credit bureaus. I'd very good credit but when I checked my credit history via Equifax there was two hard inquiries via MV that I didn't authorize and it caused my credit to drop 34 points. I was highly upset and call their credit department with no success and that is the main resson I sent a certified mail. Hopefully I'll receive a correspondence from them soon and I'll update the results via this on-site.
