Happy with results!

My remote to my vibe plate stopped working. I was asking how I replace the remote. I had no expectation that they would replace it free of cost, but that is exactly what they did... and handled the request within a week. Very happy with results! User's recommendation: The vibe plate works great, and customer service was quite to respond!
