I have regularly bought lancome mascara, have tried them all and really like grandiose BUT the last couple of times the ring in the base has come off into the wand section and this time the wand won't go down into the base, ie it won't screw shut. This means it dries out and has to be replaced before it is used up. There is obviously a design fault with this one, possibly because the wand is bent. When I complained to Boots they said it wasn't their problem! This is not a cheap product.
