Gopro hero 9 screen not working after submerged in shallow water, can’t contact customer service

I bought the hero 9 from Urban Gadgets Philippines. I used it in the ocean once in water only up to my waist and the screen malfunctioned. I've been using my hero 7 in the same place for a year and it's still working. I complained to Urban Gadgets but they basically told me it's not their problem, I should contact Gopro. I've been trying to contact their support all week but it always says I'm out of business hours, no matter the time. I logged a complaint almost 2 days ago and still no reply. I'm really unhappy about this and so frustrated that I cannot contact gopro to resolve this.
