When I try to download a free game, all I get is Pending. It has been this way for several weeks now and I would like to know what the problem is? If I owe money or something, let me know. Also, it really rubs me the wrong way when you say you are there to Help and when I call, you want to Charge me money, does not seem right. Just my thoughts. Thank you for reading this. P.S.
