Being lied to and when asked to speak to someone to help me was told no one is answering phone. Asked them to try again they hung up on me. As a customer you should not be lied to. Tell us the truth and let us make the decision. I was willing to pay for the eye examine but no they want me to order glasses so I was lied to on the User's recommendation: They lied on deliver date in order to get me to purchase glasses. I informated them I had to go to New York for medical reasons. Told me I would have glasses in 24-36 hours. Asked if they could mail them I was told not responsible if they get lost in mail.
