Fraud, inadequate staffing and poor pay
Antonio's pizza was my summer job before the next school year. I worked for barely 3 months because the attitude towards the employees is terrible. And for the most part, the staff gathered is quite depressing. Chefs can smoke quietly when cooking, for example, and many employees are rude and uneducated. Of course, everyone must be given the opportunity. But at least in leadership, there should be someone who stands for values and sustainability. Here everything is just the way today and now is profitable. waiters have to live from types that may be absolutely insufficient even if only because are MyPizzas, which simply sometimes have no visitors, but have to work brutally, as in any service company. After the shift, the boss made my type transfer without my presence, without stressing that it was necessary for me to be sure that the money was not being laundered. Because if there is a shortage of cash, they simply write it off from the type of money, pretending that you have made a mistake and making you pay for the mistakes of others. Lockers do not have any security system in which to store belongings. Other employees can also steal you in any case.
