I Called Eva Air ticketing dept, the agent said should not charge the airline fee because flight cancellation was initiated by Eva Air (due to covid), but when I called the agent from Asap tickets they said that I can only refund 50% of the amount from $7,000!! The option is to rebook the flight but the agent charging me $800 for the fare difference per adult and $500 per child! Our original fare (June flight) was $1800/pax but the rebooking price fare (December flight) only $800/pax. I already reported your company to BBB and US Department of Transportation, and taking some legal actions! I will never deal with your company again, and will gonna leave bad reviews on all of social media!
