Frigidaire fridge broke, warranty help

I have been trying to go through the warranty department due to the fridge failing after 5 months of use. I the customer service department is anything but helpful. Ebony simple doesn't know anything. They have been sitting with the techs report for a week and nothing has happened. I asked to talk to a supervisor Larry and Quincy, but there were uninterested in helping with the situation. They clearly messed up by letting a report just sit there for another week. Now its going to be 2-3 more weeks to get a fridge replaced. A month and a half to get a fridge replaced??? Do you not inform people that if they decide to by your product that it could take months to replace your faulty equipment? Shameful. To big to fail attitude from Fridgidaire sucks. I have not direct time frame on when the fridge will be fixed or replaced.
