I have submitted warranty claims twice for Pay Padula hose nozzles that failed and have a lifetime warranty. In both cases I received a response from the company accepting/approving my submission and claiming the product is out of stock and a replacement will be sent when their "stock is replenished". The first of these was months ago and nothing has been shipped to me and my follow-up inquiries are being ignored. Now I see they have a Better Business Bureau rating of F with many complaints from other customers having the same experience, and also very bad reviews on Amazon describing the same customer experience. Clearly this a fraudulent scam, Ray Padula has no intention of honoring its warranty obligations. User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from or made by Ray Padula.
