On 6/3 there were 2 withdrawals made on my Bluebird card from Columbus Ohio, first for 300 and second was for 200. Discovered this in the am on 6/4 and immediately called Bluebird to report this. I still had card in my possession. Did fraud report and got denied. Did another fraud report and got denied. No one there wants to help me get my 500.00 back. I live in Cincinnati and did not make these withdrawals. I am so frustrated not sure who to turn to. I will do whatever it takes to get my money back and report them for their AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
