I tried to book a trip, I received an error message saying I needed to contact my bank. I looked up my bank account and a charge is on hold! It is not the same amount of the total for the trip. Its a random number. I havent received confirmation nor does my account show any bookings. Did is FRAUD. Their customer service number is bs. They wont allow you to talk to someone unless you have an itinerary number. So youre back to square one. This is unacceptable, unprofessional from this company. User's recommendation: Too good to be true. DO NOT USE. FRAUD.
