I have recently purchased Flawless Body at a local drug store. I followed the instructions from inside the package for the 4 hour initial charge. Excited to use the product and was disappointed it only ran for about 3 seconds. I recharged and tried it again, still only 3 seconds of run time. I tried this around 5 times but still can not get the unit to work. I am reaching out here because there were no instructions or warranty information in-closed in the package. I had also purchased the facial hair remover and that works great. I already went on and completed the flawless body survey. I am 66 and it is hard for me to arrange for rides when I have errands to run, so I am requesting your consideration to please send me a new unit. User's recommendation: None at this time.
