This is my 4th Fitbit product in less than 8 years. This model didnt last even 18 months. The response was an offer of 35% off selected models on the website. I am not investing any more money in products that barely last more than a one year warranty. I will find a more reliable fitness tracker. Both of my sister-in-laws no longer support Fitbit- one got an Apple Watch and one a different brand.
