Firmware disabled my headset

Hello, I have the Arctic wireless pro headset and after recently getting a second product (Apex pro keyboard) and downloading your software, an additional firmware has left my headphones completely disabled. They will not work, will not pair, and they are not working. I would like a full refund, I have the receipt proof of purchase. Please contact me at your earliest convenience .
