I went to Copley management Leeds wortley I contacted them to see if they would be interested in finding me a buyer with a tenant already in situ they said yes I was happy with the offer they had a buyer which was not a real buyer I found this out later they said go sort out a solicitor I did I paid a amount to start off the paper work they sent round a sev //Valuer and guess what my house was worth less its been valued 2 times totally different values told me my house was worth over 10, 000 more so they offered me less amount this is a con I would not reduce my amount as the house was worth a lot more and it had a income 8% good tenant they ignored my calls after that what a rip off do not use this company they are very polite until you don't accept and you are out of pocket waste of time vultures
