I had a major issue with Ferman Mini of Tampa bay regarding the finance maanger who I felt treatment me rude and unfairly. The FM, Pete, Gulotta, resolved my issue within hours and was able to reimburse me my trade in value. He was calm and courteous throughout my rage and antics. He is a true professional and is williing to keep the pride and reputation of Ferman upheld. I never thought this siuation would get better and to my surprise, the dealership stepped up and fixed my problem. Glad to see there are people out there willing to help.
