Hey, I did not hear from the company EverStart. However, yesterday April 29, 2021, I had a voicemail from the Walmart store that had earlier on, in two occasions, asked me to contact EverStart for manufacturer's warranty(without giving me a contact number nor email). The store gave me a gift card. I think I am pleased. I had to write a complaint to Walmart Canada before the store saw the need to call me in for an exchange which became a gift card. User's recommendation: Ask to be sure about who covers any warranty.
