FedEx fails to deliver.

My complaint: FedEx, the deliver company, does not deliver. Specifics in my case are as follows. FedEx said my package would arrive at my home in Portland, OR on Thursday, 9/9/2021: "Initially expected: Thursday, 9/9/2021." It did arrive in Portland until 9/11, but FedEx has not delivered. Today, Tuesday the 14th, it still has not been delivered. The worst thing is that FedEx cannot even predict when it MIGHT be delivered. "No scheduled delivery date available at this time." The FedEx tracking number is [protected].
