Around April of 2021 I bought 3 cylinders of Propane from the above Canadian tire Store. It turned out after one use each two cylinders hydrated off from too much water injected into them at the vendor for PH control. I worked in the Petro-Chemical Industry prior to retiring, so I know the indicators of this. Today when I returned it to the above store, the store manager and staff would not exchange cylinders with me, as a matter of fact they irate and threw me and my wife out of the store and told us to never return again. Now Where Is The Customer Service Here?? Where is Canadian Tires Warranty of Customer Satisfaction Here? Is this a way of treating a customer, that has bought thousands of dollars with their credit card at this particular store in the past??
