My electrically controlled recliners broke after 30 days of being delivered. That was after having to wait an extra couple of months to receive it. I've called the company for the last month. Nobody ever answers. I sit on hold only to be automatically disconnected after a period of time. Nobody has returned my request for a phone call. I'vrequestmanagers User's recommendation: Don't ever, ever buy here. Zero customer service.
