I purchased a TRD Sienna, badged as such, certified, but come to find out no such vehicle exists. I am not a car guy, but i own a tacoma, and I am familiar with the trd badge. I assumed a certified vehicle would be as badged, not. They played it off as just a sticker. Not their fault. The first sales person laughed at me. Chad, the floor manager was rude and basically told me Tough ***. I have council, and will I am currently trying to get the local news to cover this, as fake badging is a good story. I seriously would tell people to avoid Jerry's Toyota. Not a good experience.
