My Booking ID: [protected] Their customer's service phone cannot make any incoming call. It is a totally fake website! The booking I made have been cancel without any reason. I am refused to check in with this booking when I arrived in Paris on 23 Dec 2018. The hotel reception said this booking has been cancelled! The booking I made is a pre-paid booking and I do not know why it been cancelled. I have the hotel recipe to prove I check in with the front deck walk-in price.
