I purchased 2 flight tickets from Gotogate for my wife and son. The tickets were for one way trip with Srilankan Airlines from Guangzhou to Kigali on 29 December 2020. Sadly, the airline cancelled the flight and I bought fresh tickets with Qatar Airlines for my family to return to Kigali. Subsequently, I requested for a refund, and it's been 8 months, and I'm yet to be refunded despite several phone calls and emails. In line with requisite policies, it is still requested Gotogate kindly facilitate prompt refund of my $2, 718 less the $30 processing fee. I am so sad and disappointed.
