With a signed contract in hand, A check was written in the amount of $1600.00. This payment was allegedly for cost of materials for the roof repair contract. This written contract is signed and dated by both parties on May 01, 2013. Expected completion date no later than June 01, 2013. No portions of the contractors portion of the contract have been performed. After numerous calls to either complete the contract or return our money; we have received nothing but excuse after excuse why the contractor can not perform the work or return our money. We fear our money is totally lost.
