Ours is the 3 rd or 4th FPL transformer failure in the Harbour at Hobe Sound HOA in the past couple years. It caused an outlet fire in our home which could have been tragic. The transformers in our HOA are Old , Dangerous and need to be replaced. A year ago a fire of unknown cause completely destroyed another home in our HOA. Could this have been caused by another transformer failure? Check the 3/16/21 service reports for 10708 SE Dock Court, talk with the FPL Techs that were here. Im willing to send pictures. As a past president of our HOA for more than 10 years I believe our members should be protected and informed before another fire happens.
