My 2019 RAM battery failed blocking 2 vehicles in my driveway, I had to get ride to parts store to get new battery since it was a Sunday and dealership closed, battery is covered under truck warranty but they will not reimburse me the $191 it costed me for new battery, I had to go to parts store to get old battery and bring to them so they can test it at dealership, test results shows battery is junk, how do I get reimbursed for this? User's recommendation: Stay away from Chrysler!
